Fundamental Issues with Open Source Software DevelopmentSummary"Despite the growing success of the Open Source movement, most of the general public continues to feel that Open Source software is inaccessible to them." Open Source software is another term for free software. Dictionary.com defines Open Source as "a method and philosophy for software licensing and distribution designed to encourage use and improvement of software written by volunteers by ensuring that anyone can copy the source code and modify it freely."
