As a certified teacher educator, I have taught student teachers of grade 1-8 in two teacher training colleges for four years. I also have worked as a part-time teacher in different private and governmental schools and colleges. Besides, I have given numerous trainings on English Language Improvement to teachers as well as students. In addition, I have worked as an English department head and coordinator of various centers in colleges. Furthermore, I have prepared a number of English teaching modules for various English courses in colleges. Then, shifting my career from education to social work, As a social work postgraduate, I have been assigned to work in and gain ample experience from various community development endeavors, interpersonal and familial conflict mediation roles, and child custody assessments. Since September 2009,I have been working in Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD)as a research coordinator and inclusive HIV/AIDS Service project coordinator.
