I'm obsessed with community, collaboration, and technology. For the last 10 years I've worked with nonprofits, university research centres, and international development projects — helping them to get organized, improve internal and external communications, and translate learning to policy and practice. I write about things open, techy, and delicious at FacilitatingChange.org and in 2008 founded Artefati.ca, an open publishing project. I spend most of my time working with the University of Washington's Technology & Social Change Group (TASCHA). Prior to that I worked for Canada’s International Development Research Centre, the University of Maryland, and Deloitte's Emerging Markets Group.
