I am a social change agent involved in Youth Development, Community Development and HIV advocacy since 2002. The founder and the coordinator of Batula Youth Movement [BYM] a Community Based organization that focuses on Youth Development, Community Development and HIV/AIDS Advocacy. Also, a Technical Committee member and the Internal Auditor of the National Youth Network on HIV/AIDS Nigeria, Lagos chapter, [NYNETHA] a network of more than 500 Youth led and youth focused organizations and NGOs, working in the field of HIV/AIDS. A Steering Committee member as well as the Community vice Chair of the International Rectal Microbicides Advocates [IRMA] based in Chicago and the Nigerian chapter coordinator. I have attended 4 international conferences on HIV/AIDS ; 14th International Conferences on HIV/AIDS & STI in Africa (ICASA), Dec 4-9 2005, Abuja, Nigeria; Microbicides 2006 April 23-27, Cape town South Africa; and Microbicides 2008, New Delhi, India Feb 22-26 2008. Microbicides 2010, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, May 22–25 2010 and the UN World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) November 12-18 2005, Tunis Tunisia. I have attended different training and capacity building on HIV/AIDS Management and Advocacy. At my spare time i volunteer for smaller organizations and youth groups to build their capacity on HIV/AIDS Management and Organizational Development.
