At present I am working as Manager-Monitoring and Evaluation in a Project funded by Bill and Milinda Gates Foundation for Prevention of HIV in North Eastern part of India. The main focus of the project is to saturate the spread of HIV transmission among the three high risk groups i.e., MSM, FSW and Injecting Drug User. Earlier, I worked as Strategic Information & Evaluation Associate (M&E) in Global Fund to Fight Against AIDS, TB and Malaria (Round-6) under Population Foundation of India (www.popfound.org ), which is the Principal Recipient of Global Fund Round 4 & 6 in India. At present I am monitoring the work of HLFPPT and CBCI (Sub-Recipient) in the states of UP, MP, Rajasthan, WB, Bihar, Orissa, Gujrat and Chattisgarh. I also worked as Programme Manager in MAMTA-Health Institute for Mother and Child, a National level NGO which basically work on the issues of sexual and reproductive Health of Adolescent and young people. I was coordinating and monitoring the UNITED NATIONS POPULATION FUND (UNFPA) supported pilot project: “Adolescent/Youth Friendly Services for Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS Prevention"‚. I also did an Operation Research (Qualitative) study independently, entitled, “Panchayat's Role in Improving newborn, infant and maternal health"‚ of Ministry of Panchayati Raj Institution, Govt. of India in the states of MP, UP and Rajasthan. I also worked as consultant (on behalf of Mamta) in developing a proposal on IMNCI for CARE India.
