• Provide and demonstrate clear leadership and management skills for the program staff, offer technical expertise and coordination to the planning, management and implementation of the DA-33 Layyah programs. • Take a lead together with the staff in the innovations of new ideas for the development and sustainability of the organisation. • Ensure documentation of all program activities, monitoring and Evaluation of the progress as well as distillation of lessons learned and good practices through out program implementation for possible up scaling and replication. • Coordinate and provide technical assistance to the development of results oriented work plans, (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual) monitoring of and providing technical assistance to their implementation, support sharing of experiences / reflections and evaluations. • Contribute to the development, formation and strengthening of networks and meaningful partners at community, Tehsil, district, Province, national and International levels and to improve the image of the organisation among various stake holders. • Ensure weekly meetings of staff members to monitor progress of the program implementation and suggest way forward. • Responsible for the timely submission of result oriented activity reports (quarterly, Annual and community reports) from the staff and validate their authenticity. • Close coordination with action aid (Donor of the Project) for the effective implementation, results and reports.
