Ms. Sharmila Sitther is an Independent International Development Consultant with a background in Project Management and Proposal/Grant Writing. Her academic training is in International Development (M.A.) and English Writing (B.A.).
She has worked with international organizations including CARE, World Vision, CHF International and Reef Artisan Collaborative Inc., and has full-cycle grant management experience related to food security, nutrition, livelihoods, education and gender. Her experience in proposal development includes analysis, coordination, writing/editing, fact-checking and quality control.
Specific areas of interest include economic development, cooperatives, microenterprise, value-chain, agriculture, livelihoods, fair-trade, gender, environment and natural resources.
