At present, also serving as the officiating Secretary of “Recovering Alliance of MNP+”, a recently set up wing of MNP+ for drug users’ 3. At present, working as a key correspondent for HDN Work Experience: 1. Documented the study on “Challenges of HIV Positive Injecting Drug Users’ In Accessing Services and Treatment” conducted by APN+ plus. 2. Worked as a consultant for BBC World Service Trust in the research work on “HIV related stigma and discrimination”. 3.Worked as an investigator for CHILD LINE in the research work on “Drug using pattern of Adolescence” supported by Ministry of women and child development, Govt. of India. 4. Worked as a consultant in the UNDP sponsored study on “Rapid Situation Assessment on HIV/AIDS and trafficking of women and children in the state of Manipur 2005” implemented by P.H.I (A research based organization). 5. Worked as a field Investigator in the evaluation team conducted by AMOGAH for the “SASO/Alliance feminization project” in the year 2007. 6. Worked as a Counselor in a De-Addiction and Rehabilitation Centre “Awakening Home” under the Ministry of Social Justices and Empowerment, 2006. 7. Worked as a part time project director in the De - Addiction cum Rehabilitation Centre “Born Again Rehabilitation Centre” in the year 2006. 8. Worked as project assistance/coordinator in the “RIAC project”, a harm reduction Programme implemented by “Wide Angle” under the sponsorship of NACO in the year 2005. 9.Assisted in the project formulation and documentation of the HIV infected/affected children project called “Project Leishemba” implemented by Wide Angle and supported by “Child Relief and You (CRY)” in the year 2005”. 10. Worked as an Interviewer in the PHI research work “Assessment of Situation and Response on CSW in Manipur, 2005”. 11. Served as a volunteer in the 3rd regional candlelight memorial and PLHA convention orgd. By MNP+, SASO, Kripa Society, Lifeline Foundation and Care Foundation supported by Constella Futures Group and MSACS. 12. Served as a volunteer for SASO in addressing issues of drug user activism. 12. Involved with Kripa Society as a volunteer since 1998 Trainings and Workshops attended: A). Attended various training and workshop related with ‘Harm Reduction’ philosophy, HIV/AIDS and Drug Abuse Counseling under MSACS, N.E.I.H.R.N, R.R.T.C and Kripa Society. B). Attended various Programme on capacitating staff of Harm Reduction & HIV/AIDS project as a resource person Other related activities: A).I was invited by the IHRA to speak in a major session on “Human Rights and Harm Reduction” for my paper ‘Is this harm reduction or maximization’ at the Barcelona, Harm Reduction Conference 2008. C).I was invited by the IHRA to speak in a concurrent session on “Opiate Dependence Treatment” for my paper ‘Positioning users’/patients activism at the centre of buprenorphine advocacy in the context of pharmacotherapy’ at the Bangkok, Harm Reduction Conference 2009. D).I was invited by the IHRA to speak in a concurrent session on “Human Rights and Harm Reduction” for my paper ‘Human rights bodies must defend drug users’ at the Liverpool, Harm Reduction Conference 2010. E).I have been registered with the global health council as a community co-coordinator for candlelight memorial for the past three successive memorials Extra curricular activities: : Participated in the 5th national youth chess championship held at Hyderabad from 26th Feb-8thmarch, 1995 : Was placed runners up position in the 22nd state level chess championship held at Imphal from 25th Jan-4th Feb. 1997. : Awarded certificate on satisfactory completion of the Rural Entrepreneurship Development Programme at lamphelpat conducted by “Indian institute of Entrepreneurship”, Guwahati.
