Solid professional experience in program and project development—including planning, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation—in the community and international development field, during the last ten years. Strong knowledge and understanding on the application of child rights-based approach to programming, specifically in the areas of water, sanitation, hygiene, and environment, in addition to integration with child protection and education related interventions, as well as exposure to child participation. Strong interpersonal communication and coordination with various partners and stakeholders at the political level, as well as grassroots level, such as government, international and other UN organizations (i.e. USAID, EU, DfID), private sector, non-governmental organizations (i.e. CARE, SAVE), research / consultancy institutions, and communities. Thorough experience in development of capacity building programs for government and non-governmental partners; participatory planning with multiple partners, development of and implementation of behavior change and communication interventions; as well as resource mobilization with donors and private sector.
