Experience developed in NGO sector with disabilities, community development, community participation in governance; peace building, HIV and AIDS working as Facilitator with participatory processes, programme management and administration and research. Skilled in particpatory techniques and exercises that make facilitation fun ven for challengign tasks like strategic planning and programme and project reviews.
In recent years entered academic domain in graduate studies administration and lecturing in qualitative research focus participatory action research as applied to communication support development and feminist research.
Interest in writing, researching personal his /herstories and use of drama and visual arts in development work.
