I hold a degree in Community Development Integrated option from Daystar University class of 2004. I have vast experience in the following areas; democracy, nation building, good governance, constitution & constitutionalism, HIV & AIDS, environment, community development, gender and human rights issues. I have extensively worked with various programmes dealing with the above mentioned issues i.e. the uraia programme, election monitoring and observation, referendum monitoring and observation among others under the auspices of CRECO. I am well acquainted with drafting funding proposals and budgets, producing accurate and timely reports to donors and supervisors, facilitating and mobilization for workshops/ seminars, trainings, capacity building, networking with like minded partners, liaising with donors, keeping accurate records, maintaining accurate accounts, monitoring, evaluation and implementing activities ongoing projects & programmes, making logistical arrangements for workshops, launches, dinners, production of IEC materials, conducting research, planning and designing projects. I have a very strong personality, possessing excellent communication, interpersonal, self-organization, ability to multitask, teamwork and very good innovative skills. I am quite knowledgeable with working with a computer and all its packages. I believe I am also a people person. Above all I am willing and ready to learn new skills, take up new challenges, willing to travel, further I can work within strict deadlines and also under minimal supervision. I am a team player and I have a wide range of experience working in the rural areas. I believe that I have the relevant qualifications and a wealth of experience for the post as is mentioned above.
