I have a strong commitment to capacity building and to the development of the human asset in organizations. I have been instrumental in developing HR policies and in designing competence and performance development programs for multi-disciplinary businesses in the international arena, both in the US and Europe. I have worked extensively in the private sector but also for public administrations, and for agencies of the European Commission (ETF) and the United Nations (IAEA).
My previous functions have included assessment and development centers for high potentials, executive coaching, developing customized team interventions, HR policy development, competency profiling, various projects of management training and development. I have ample experience driving team interventions for culturally diverse international teams of experts, in order to facilitate difficult organizational changes or optimize their efficiency.
Through my own personal experience as an expatriate and the international assignments given to me, I have developed over the years an acute comprehension of the needs and challenges of staff working abroad. I have demonstrated my ability to successfully build working relationships with management of all levels to address those challenges.
