Responsibilities involving extensive fieldwork and advocacy communication has entailed commendable exposure to grassroots people as well as policy persons. A defined role of a spokesperson has enriched through a cutting edge work direct with the mass media. In business enterprises, the job responsibility has required conceptual frame-working and study into procedures, rules-regulations along with a pursuit for business targets. Work in social development programmes, in the fields of Advocacy (as part of communication for social changes); Disability (Mainstreaming, Community based Rehabilitation, Resource centre, Survey, Inclusive Education); Land reform; Media Pluralism; Photography; Public Health (Rickets, AIDS, TB), is the expertise. It has been essentially learning by doing, while contribution was made to organisational development through focussing on areas like inclusive communication and process detailing and documenting. Action researches into communication and participation issues and prevalence-studies were carried out.
