Our curriculum and our academic careers suggest a broad and solid experience which includes all cross-cutting development issues in general and the rural economy in particular. Thus, during our long careers, we had the privilege to learn methods of coordination and control of actions and actors of rural development, agricultural policies in African countries, monitoring and evaluation, Board self promotion of grassroots organizations, management and development of rangelands, but also with the new information technologies and communication (NTIC). It is this rich experience that allowed us to conduct extensive consultation as an expert partner in many firms and NGOs. The most significant are: • With the C3I Cabinet for UNDP Millennium Village in 2010: agricultural development projects in the villages of the area on the marine fringe of Louga (Diokoul WADE); • As Associate Expert of the NGO "Association des Amis du Sahel”: development and technical conduct of the" project of regeneration and exploitation of the forest of Wallah ", 2006-2007 • As a freelancer for the Union of Associations Gardening Niayes (AUMN) in 2006: Assessment of the Campaign of gardening and forest; • With the C3I cabinet for the Government of Senegal and the World Bank (assessment of the impact of locusts in 2005); • As a freelance consultant to UNESCO (2004): treatment of survey data on "Education for All"; • As a freelancer for the ADT / GERT 2004: test demonstration for the use of garbage in millet fields in the area Kissane (Thies) • As a freelancer for the WFP (1999-2000): evaluation of flood damage in the department of Bakel by contract of services n°0018/PAM of 28/07/2000 • As a freelancer for NGOs: diagnostic studies and elaboration of projects or programs. Thus, during our careers, we have conducted missions: 1. Train and form of horticulture technicians and all agricultural professionals 2. Plan and organize all activities of data collecting, agriculture policies analysis. In this field, we have to estimate the food productions and need for populations, plan and organize the dispatching of government and NGO aids; In fact we have the privilege to specialize in database management and control on DOS, MACINTOH and WINDOWS different versions of DBASE, PARADOX, WORDPERFET, MICROSOFT OFFICE, QUATTRO PRO, WORKS, LOTUS, MSTATC, EPI-INFO, SPSS, the internet use ; 3. Monitoring and evaluation of agriculture projects or programs as coordinator or rural development and member of many administrative or management comities of NGO, projects and programs ; 4. Coordinate the rural development (agriculture projects like PSSA/FAO, or programs, livestock production, NGO, ); 5. Manage and plan budget, vehicles, employers; of administration and projects as PSSA, FAO, UNCR 6. Do research activities in plants protection 7. Supervise workers, technicians We have also the privilege to participate in many training in Senegal and outside the country. These training gave us the opportunity to have a wide experience in many domains of agriculture development and research but also in different cultures in many countries (Indonesia, India, Korea, Ivory Cost, and Ghana). By our facility of communication, we have the honor to be the spokesperson of the trainees in these English-speaking countries.
