Launched in the Republic of Georgia in February 2007, this yearlong behaviour change communication (BCC) campaign was designed to improve immunisation coverage to children below 1 year of age and to reduce the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases. Using the slogan "Timely Immunization is your Child's Bodyguard", the campaign called on mothers and other caregivers to take their newborn promptly and on schedule at 2, 3, and 4 months of age to the nearest health facility...

Launched in 2007, this Pakistan initiative uses the medium of documentaries - broadcast on television - to help viewers understand what it is really like to be affected by polio, to raise awareness, and to challenge rumours and misunderstandings that might cause parents to refuse or fail to pursue or complete routine immunisation before their child(ren) reached the age of one year.
