Communication for Development, Gender, HIV/AIDS, Children, Education for Sustainable Development
Patricia Dailly Ajavon, Ivorian, born in 1961, has over 12 years of experience in communication for development in various fields; she contributed to develop communication strategies on girl’s education and development of the young child in West and Central Africa at UNICEF, and on Education for Sustainable Development at UNESCO. Since 2007, she is committed to develop, implement and monitor behavior change communication programs to prevent AIDS in Côte d’Ivoire at the Center for Communication Programs, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Developed a communication strategy to support the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (2000-2015), developed a user’s guide for UNESCO’s Regional Offices to promote the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development, developed communication materials (brochures, key-messages, speech, Powerpoint presentations, summary of research, etc.).
