Making All Voices Count is a programme that works on tech-enabled approaches to responsive, accountable governance. It has made 177 innovation, scaling and research grants over four years to support initiatives that use technologies, and to build understanding of when the technologies help create and support change, and how. It works in Bangladesh, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Liberia, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Tanzania, The Philippines, and Uganda. The programme ends in November 2017.
