Léna is an international public lawyer, specialized in transboundary water issues and diplomacy. She is also a professional mediator, negotiator and dialogue facilitator.
She served within the United Nations’ System for 17 years. She is now working and volunteering as an independent expert in water diplomacy and related fields with various NGOs, Development Agencies, Foundations and Academic Institutions.
Her activities include research and the design, set-up and delivery of a wide range of training curricula in cooperation processes. She also delivers support in project management and public representation activities, to institutions contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
