For over 10 years, I've worked with the African Radio Drama Association (ARDA), a leading development communication NGO in Nigeria, in various capacities, starting as an intern during my student days. I have a Master of Public Health degree from Tulane where I did my thesis on the role of health messaging in Nollywood (Nigerian movies) on beliefs and attitudes to reproductive health. I'm fascinated with the impacts of new and contemporary media on health decision-making and attitudes. I have extensive experience in the research, development and planning of community-enriching communications projects and in using social media for research. Since joining ARDA full-time in 2011, I've worked on  designing and/or managing  radio drama and film projects on family planning, post-conflict reintegration, malaria, gender, child health, sustainable livelihoods for marginalized peoples, justice, amongst many other human development issues.

I love to write and edit scripts, read, watch tv, imagine ways of adapting pop culture to development,  and I'm passionate about social justice for all especially in the areas of health, education and youth empowerment.
