Requesting your response and ideas...

Facilitated by Mary Ann Torres from Canada, and Sam McPherson, Susie McLean, and Anton Kerr from the United Kingdom, this session will introduce a training pack for civil society organisations seeking to evaluate HIV- and AIDS-related advocacy. The training pack includes a learners' guide, a facilitators' guide (for workshop settings), and supporting materials (including PowerPoint presentations). The training pack aims to help users identify and address the challenges faced by community-based organisations evaluating HIV- and AIDS-related advocacy and to introduce new thinking for designing and conducting advocacy evaluations. The workshop will also give users the opportunity to apply aspects of the evaluation design processes to their specific contexts and will point to publications on advocacy evaluation design, models, and methods available via the internet.
