How would the Europeans and North Americans feel if the Asians an Africans provided them with policy guidance and technical assistance on climate change?

Water is the source of life. If people do not realize its significance for life on this planet, if they continue to waste it, then there will be trouble. Protection of the environment, the ozone layer, global warming... have an impact on the presence of water. More needs to be done around these issues

if through NRM we can achieve and address a critical appraisal of conservation,acknowledging indigenous knowledge systems combined with knowledge production and dissemination, skills development and transfer and economic empowerment (poverty alleviation and job creation )thru the management of natural resources, we may be on track

Enrich the wealth of Natural Resources at least a 100-fold in 3 years

It appears impractical to stop, discount, or de-emphasise the economics. Negotiating the real costs seems to be making headway - eg carbon credits.
