- Post Graduate Certificate in Conflict Transformation - Conflict Transformation Across Cultures (CONTACT) - The Certificate in Conflict Transformation is a one-year, low-residency, 14-16 graduate credits and professional development programme. Through a combination of paedagogical approaches, participants develop theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on skills needed to design and manage programmes that transform conflict and promote healing and reconciliation in individuals and communities torn by violent conflict. The 14-16 graduate credits may be applied towards a Master's Degree at the SIT Graduate Institute: Master of Art in Conflict Transformation or Master in Intercultural Services, Leadership, and Management. The programme combines distance-learning courses with limited on-site meetings to minimise time away from jobs and families while maintaining an international cohort learning community and the experiential learning paedagogy characteristic of the SIT Graduate Institute.
