Our attention has been drawn to your forthcoming international
event of high repute, with respect to , to be held on 19 - 21 May
2008, in Copenhagen, Denmark, under the auspices of Child Culture
And Imagine Children Imagine, as thus:

In the light of the above, we would be very grateful, to be given
the noble opportunity of having our country, The Republic of Guinea
Bissau, sending delegates chosen from our relevant Institutions and
Ministries, to participate in this high profile HIV / AIDS
oriented event, which has direct bearings on our socio-cultural,
economic, political and developmental programmes vis-à-vis the issues
to be deliberated upon, with respect to Children’s welfare, gender,
socio-cultural cohesion, Migration, Labour, poverty alleviation,
sustainable development, cooperation etc within our country and West
Africa sub region.

In meeting our challenges and responsibilities, we have nominated
delegates for their active participation in your event.

them process their visas at the accredited Danish embassy in
neighbouring Ouagadougou, Republic of Burkina Faso.
