The conference seeks to encourage rigorous debate, discussion, networking, and knowledge-sharing among practitioners and policymakers from all over the world. The conference, which is held in English and French, includes plenary sessions, smaller presentations and special focus sessions, practical demonstrations and debates on specific topics, as well as various informal networking opportunities where practitioners share their experiences, ideas, new information, and perspectives.
