University of Bonn, the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, and Deutsche Welle BroadcastingLocationBonn, Germany DescriptionThis post-graduate degree is a joint project from the University of Bonn, the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, and Deutsche Welle (DW), Germany’s international broadcaster. DW includes the international training institute DW-AKADEMIE. DW-AKADEMIE offers training and consultation for radio professionals from developing and transition countries. Students who are enrolled in the International Media Studies Master’s Programme have access to all three of the partners’ libraries and the studios of DW. The University of Bonn is a research-based university that operates on an international level and particularly specialises in the fields of research and teaching. The University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg promotes innovative approaches including the Erasmus programme. It offers a practically-oriented education and encourages co-operation between research and industry - regional, national, and international. Programmes
