Slum-TV is soliciting 3-minute videos on the subject of how you would prepare for a stay in one of the largest African slums, Mathare, Nairobi, Kenya, if given the prize of a visit. The award is a 10-day stay, "all inclusive", in Mathare, where this Slum-TV project is based. Interested participants need to respond to the video available through the link in the application information below. Responses need to be in a video format. The winner will be chosen by Slum-TV team members, and the members of the project "Mathare - Safari", which is scheduled for the summer of 2009.

The deadline for application is February 21 2009. (From the website: "be aware to send [your video a] few days before the deadline.")

Entries should not be longer than 3 minutes and licensed under conditions available here. The entries will be published in a suitable resolution on the web.
