Registration InformationScholars and policy intellectuals within and outside Africa are invited to submit abstracts and paper proposals for consideration for inclusion in the conference programme. Abstracts of not more than two pages capturing the main issues and arguments of the paper should be submitted to the addresses and emails below by June 30 2008 at the latest.
