The Festival VidéEau invites young people in Quebec aged 17 - 30 to submit video clips on water issues, 60-seconds maximum in length, emphasising proposed solutions, public actions, and invitations to action under the theme - "Get Wet!". The winners of the competition will be announced at an awards ceremony to be held in Quebec City, Canada, May 6-7 2010. The Festival VidéEau is a competition organised by the International Secretariat for Water (ISW). The public will have the opportunity to vote April 12 - May 2 2010.
