Featuring Rajeev Venkayya, Special Assistant to President Bush and Senior Director for Biodefense, and Julie Fischer, director of the Global Health Security Program at the Henry L. Stimson Center, this event will a candid a conversation led award-winning NPR reporter Joe Palca.
