good to know the cycle, it has relevance to my work as a development worker based in bangladesh, essentially gathered knowledge through learning by doing. i have been practising a process in my work: 'do, document, disseminate and dialogue', what i often love call the four-dimensional development communication.
however shift to computer and internet dependent communication channels still supports the hierarchical position over the powrful over the general mass, benefitting rather the brokers in diverse forms playing in between, given the poor governance and accountability.

I found this page very interesting, and gave me some insights into concepts/percetions in Communication for Development. I hope I will be able to actively engage in future Communication for Development initiatives and training.
