Monitoring, Enforcement, and Resolving Disputes 16. Bioprospecting, Traditional Knowledge, and Benefit Sharing 17. Putting Intellectual Property to Work: Experiences from Around the World for the Collaborative Development of Agricultural Biotechnology Products in Chile. According to MIHR and PIPRA, the guide will be distributed free to low- and middle-income countries (subject to availability of funding and sponsorship). Preference will be given to national institutions (both public and private) before international organisations.
