This online handbook, part of "ICT in Education, Version 2" (a toolkit assembled by InfoDev and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to aid decision making on technology use in education) focuses on the challenges of planning and implementing national and local policies for informatin and communication technology (ICT) usage in educational settings.
