In 2004: Given current trends, UNAIDS estimates that total HIV/AIDS spending will be US$8.3 billion in 2006, US$8.9 billion in 2007 and US$10 billion in 2008. Total estimated spending needs are US$14.9 billion in 2006, US$18.1 billion in 2007 and US$22.1 billion in 2008.
