This year, 2004, marks the second stage of the campaign to abolish the stigma and discrimination against people with HIV/AIDS, considered the main obstacles to effective care and awareness. The announcements are evergreen, with no mention of World Aids Day, and can be used at any time for free. They require Windows Media Player.
