Research Awards on Gender, Sexuality, and Health for Southeast Asia or ChinaDeadline DateJune 30 2007 The 2007 Research Awards Programme is providing small research grants, two mentoring workshops, and distance mentoring to support the work of young researchers working in the field of gender, sexuality, and health. The goal is increasing the capacity for research among young scholars from the region of Southeast Asia and the Greater Mekong sub region in the field of sexual and reproductive health. The objectives are:
Preference is given to junior staff working with universities, government agencies or non-governmental organisations (NGOs), particularly those who have attended regional or national training courses on gender and sexuality.
