PoliticsOnline and the 6th Worldwide Forum on Electronic Democracy are sponsoring this online
competition to determine the top ten (people or organisations) who have changed the world of internet and politics. Twenty finalists have been selected from nominations from around the world. The final awards for the top ten will be determined through open online voting. The winners will be recognised at the 6th annual Worldwide Forum on Electronic Democracy.
