START is an initiative that supports Research and Development cooperation between the European Union (EU) and Africa for Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). The ambition of the START project is to be a key driver for the development of deeper and broader S&T cooperation between the EU and sub-Saharan Africa in the ICT sector.
