Programme SummaryCommunication StrategiesCemefi seeks to strengthen intercommunication among non-profit sector institutions and to increase their visibility and presence in society. In this fashion, it intends to promote the association among national and international organisations and to disseminate information about opportunities in non-profit organisations and events in electronic and written media. In an effort to promote and stimulate volunteer work and economic participation in causes that foster community development, Cemefi encourages the creation of infrastructure in information services, training, and technical assistance that social organisations require in order to professionalise their work. It has a base of specialists and professionals who offer advisory and consultant services in various areas of interest related to non-profit organisations in Mexico: legal and fiscal frameworks, policy development, institutional strengthening, volunteer work, fund raising, corporate social responsibility, communication, and visibility.
