Information and Communications Technology for Development (May 23-25 2007)LocationLondon, United Kingdom Event summaryOrganised by INTRAC, the aim of the course is to familiarise development practitioners with principles, approaches and recognised good practice in the application of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in different sectors, such as health, education, livelihoods or governance. The course is structured to provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on their own situations, consider how ICTs might be integrated into programmes and organisational development, and to assess how an organisation might take these ideas forward.
