Organised by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Population Reference Bureau (PRB), this day-long symposium will commemorate the 4th anniversary of Zero Tolerance Day for Female Genital Cutting (FGC). The seminar will feature three panels:

- The latest research and evaluation results and their practical applications;
- Opinion leaders’ and advocates’ reports from the field, including work with religious leaders, ministries, and the news media; and
- Ideas for strengthening the links between FGC and other sectors.
