Loved the notion of recognizing the perspective of dad and the perspective of the kids. yes we do need to be the ones to be able to do both as required by the precise nature of throwing and catching, and the necessitiy to create the entusiasm and reality needed as we joyfully go over the bank, into the brush and to the creekside....the challange is to find the ball first and together. This is also the joy of change and communications work. Lets go after some errant balls and bring them back to the game of catch. Brian
