Not sure conceptually if I agree that a separate effort is needed to support communication - by keeping communication apart from specific health issues don't we risk duplicating efforts and the "silo" effect? It would be harder in some ways but maybe more productive to work within existing structures to strengthen communication efforts, sort of in line with the Open Development Declaration language.

Also - suggest rephrasing the bullet on "basket platforms"
