It appears that Fiji Times thinks no Fiji Citizen are qualified or capable enough to become a Publisher.

What has no being revelead is the tendency of Fiji Times to dum down the local journalists, and to over rely on Foreign Citizens. Also, there is a danger for that these Foreign Citizens are towing their Government's Foreign Policy and all articles produced by the publisher have been vetted by their home Intelligence organizations.
