Suggest including program funders and program designers as additional examples of who is represented in our community.

How will these proposed actions be measured and is it realistic to assess how well they are implemented? Suggest adding something that speaks to what the donor/funder wants to see happen, as there is a greater chance of securing funding if it is linked to outcomes sought by the funder.

Agree with the item on training and building local skills in communication - this is a huge gap.
