"Last year, through its presence in the Drum beat publication, the CICI [Creative Inner City Initiative] was approached by a Singapore organisation called Artventure. The application we submitted to them was successful. This enabled us to run a wonderful silkscreen training programme with business skills and arts development for 26 adults who became self-employed and confident about life and their futures."
