Africa United is a platform that leverages sport to catalyse action on health, led by the Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) and the African Union. Partners include World Health Organization (WHO) AFRO, the CDC Foundation, Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, PATH, Special Olympics International, the World Bank Group, African leaders, international health bodies, private companies, celebrities, NGOs and other multi-sector actors.

Every Shot Counts is the latest initiative of Africa United, which strives to achieve universal health access in Africa. The initiative seeks to increase focus on the importance of addressing and meeting vaccination commitments at country and continental levels through multi-stakeholder partnerships.
