I have been working for the past 15 years, spanning from human rights activities, involving human rights research and documentation. Most of it have been invovlved in writing, compiling reports, video coverage on women and human rights violations, facilitation at capacity training programme on gender related mainstreaming, library and information trainings. This experienced invovlved travelling outside the country most especially for programmes, conferences and retreat for organisational development.
I have participated in carrying hild renouy research work for United Nations Agency on Drugs and Narcortic for Street Children and Commercial Sex Workers in Nigeria focusing on the major cities such as Lagos, Kano and PortHarcourt. This was done by Baobab for Woman' s Human Rights based in Lagos in 2000-2003 and the result submitted.
I have briefly worked with the United States of America Embassy in Nigeria, at Coperate Affair Section, at the Consulate Office, then at Broad Street, Lagos. Working as the Reference Librarina/ Director of the Whitney Yound Informar=tion Resource Centre. I set up one of the America Corners and upgraded the exxisting one.
I am presently back to my former constituency in the academic arena as Librarian and doing my Doctor of Philosophy at one of the Adventist Church Universities based in Nigeria by Babcock Univeristy at Ilishan, Ogun-State.
