Natasha Beale the ICT4D Specialist at Equal Access International and has managed a range of ICT4D projects in a variety of sectors from maternal and child health to education system strengthening as well as agricultural development. Her current efforts focus on utilizing mobile tools such as IVR, SMS, and mobile data collection to support behavior change communication particularly in rural communities in conflict prone regions. She also advises on Monitoring & Evaluation efforts in EA’s country offices in Asia and West Africa. Her expertise lies in teaching, training and capacity building for teams seeking to employ technical tools as part of their development interventions. She previously worked for Dimagi in India. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California and an MPhil in Development Studies from Oxford University.
