- Substantial experience working as international editor in multi-language outlets focusing on post-conflict issues for international organizations such as UN Peacekeeping Force and international NGOs such as OneWorld Net
- Experienced research analyst focusing on media in transitional countries for the organizations such as Center for War, Peace, and the News Media at New York University and International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ)
- Progressive experience in program design, advocacy and organizing working for International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Reconciliation and Cultural Cooperative Network and New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC)
o Co-author of Missing, the Right to Know (2003), a TV documentary about one of the most underrepresented victims of war – families whose members ‘disappeared’ during the Balkan conflict and are likely to be found in mass graves, and co-editor of Displaced Lives (in Albanian, English, and Serbian, 2003), a photo-monograph that follows destinies of internally-displaced people from Kosovo from both sides of the border.
