I have been working with different forms of communication for over 20 years.
My main employment has been as a film maker with the BBC, where I have made films all over the world on a wide variety of subjects - from looking for WMD in Iraq, the struggle to afford cancer drugs, the fall-out from the financial crash of 2008, to the ethics of assisted suicide.
I have also been lucky enough to work for the United Nations in Nambiia, where I wrote articles and speeches, took thousands of photographs, edited the newsletter and numerous publications, and develped the communication strategy.
I have also written web articles for the BBC, and taken photographs for The Guardian.
Since leaving the BBC, I have enjoyed freelance film-making and some stints as a volunteer. I am now looking for a role in a communications team in the field of international development.
